What's your best method for catching fish out of a reef tank?
I need to get all fish out of the tank in order to kill the ich cycle. I've set up a hospital tank. I've got the tang - treated him (freshwater dip - copper - garlic - the whole drill) and have him in the hospital tank. He looks great and is eating well.
Even though the other fish in the reef tank look OK, I know that I need to get them out of the tank in order to break the ich cycle. I've got a 6-Line Wrasse, Diamond Watchman Goby and a Royal Gramma in there. Of course they all 'head for the rocks' when I try to catch them. I think I need to make some type of fish trap.
Anyone have favorite methods of catching fish out of a reef tank without tearing the whole reef apart? Got a recipe for a good fish trap?
