Caught my hippo biting my Derasa clam

I was wondering why, after 3 years, it was not expanded as much lately. A stakeout caught the hippo. In the past I never heard a word about tangs being bad with clams. Now I am starting to see it pop up in articles. The tank is fed 4 times a day and all 5 tangs (hippo, yellow, desi, purple, p. blue) are fat, vibrant, and active. I have now started to keep nori on a clip as much as I can throughout the day to draw the picking away from the clam.

Has anyone else had a personal problem with tangs and clams?

I have read about hippos picking clams, wiping out zoo colonies, I had one that hosted in a leather, than I would see bite marks on it......lol It seems once they do this there is no changing back, IMO it will continue no matter how much is fed.
