Cause for concern?

So recently I've noticed a circular hole that is not continuous with my peacock mantis shrimp's exoskeleton. i would says its a 1mm diameter circle.

Hes about 4 inches long and he last molted in the begining of january. I've had him since late november. For the past few months i thought he would molt but nothing. All of my water parameters are in check.

I fear this could be shell disease. But I hope not and I hope he molts soon just in case.

heres a pic

Bump.........After reading your thread, I decided to take a look at mine for the same spot. Turns out, not only does she have one that looks yellow like yours, but there is definately a hole in the center of the yellow......so, personally, I would be concerned.

Increase feeding and reduce light cycle in order to to stimulate a molt

My peacock had several lesions worse than what you are seeing and a molt took care of all of it
