CAUTION buying from MD Live

Placed an order early 11/6 for corals from Marine Depot Live. Where sent out via UPS 2nd day air on 11/7 for delivery on 11/8. UPS tracking showed that the shipment sat in UPS Ontario CA terminal until late on 11/8 after my attempt to find out what was going on prompted MDL to have returned to them. Called numerous times with new shipment to be sent out 11/9 for 11/10 delivery. Nothing was sent. OH - MDL debited my account on 11/8. When last spoke to George at MDL on early 11/10 he was crediting my account. No credit was even pending on my account. I have done business with MD drygoods since 2000. Never a problem or complaint. After this first attempt with Marine Depot Live and the way I have been treated I caution anyone in doing business with MD
 
all of my orders were delivered on-time next-day-air before 10:00 a.m. never had a problem. sorry to hear about your trouble. have a great weekend!

Hi Mike,

We apologize about the mix up with your order. I checked on it and see that a refund has already ben processed for you. It may take 2-5 days for the refund to go through so if you haven't received it by the end of the week, please let us know. After researching it further, it seems that UPS, after realizing their error, gave the items back to us. We are not trying to pass the buck here and truly wish that you would give us a try again. Shipping errors do happen and oftentimes there is nothing we can do but wait for the shipper to process it.

Again we apologize for the delays with your order. I would like to offer you free shipping on your next order so you can realize that this is a very uncommon occurence.
