Centipede slug looking creature

Tonight i looked at my tank closely and noticed this white creature that was like a slug on my glass of the tank. Took a close look at it and it had antennaes and has like pointy horns out of the mucous looking slug. Does anyone know what this might be? Its very small, about 1cm.

can you take a picture--- it would really help

If it has a shell-like saddle on its back it's a stomatella snail, very beneficial and almost always a hitchhiker: I'd buy them if I could, but nobody I know of offers them for sale.

Here are a few pretty good pics of one that I found in my tank some time ago when I was looking to ID it. I think I know what you're talking about though, and they aren't stomatella. I have some in my tank that do not have shells at all and have what looks like horns. Let me see if I can find one and snap a picture for ID. Here is a good pic of stomatella.
