Nice sump. What are the slats for on the bottom?

my guess would be to make water flow around all sides of the rock or to make dead spots for deturis to sit and not return to the tank

the guy before me had the slats filled with sand/mud. I put rubble rock in there, then built a stand for my skimmer. The sump is nice.

its a mud thing that wont be used (sump is based off ecosystem style) who knows with me

i put sand in right now and am making saltwater as we speak but wont put it in the tank till tommorrow -- 15 gallons at a time to seed the sand and doing water changes out of my 120.. Looks like brandonb8 most likely will help me with the move.

45 gallons from my 120 a water change to the new tank and 15 gallons more later today after it mixes and gets to temp


thtas my old light figured that i would see how small it would be on the new tank

me either i picked up a few clams and my 120 is over filled with corals from a guy taking his tank down i have some sps in my 24 gallon right now too
