Chalice frag - receding?

I got this chalice from WWC at MACNA. All other Chalices I have are growing, eating and doing great. This one isn't showing skeleton (yet) but appears to be receding/thinning in the highlighted areas. It doesn't expand tentacles at night or eat when I sprinkle Fauna on it like the others do. The eyes are small and poke out like that unlike my other 6 chalices so it's probably a different variety. It's in the upper left of a 75g, frag tray, med current, under 4 T5's. I haven't tested water in a while but it has always been stable and like I said, the other chalices are doing great. I've dipped in TLF Revive. (water is typically 8.2ph, 9 alk, 0 phos/nitrates)

Does this look parasitic or like an infection? Thoughts/suggestions? Placement? Should I frag it down to its 1 good corner? It's hard to tell but I've never seen this color before so I really don't want to lose it.

Thx!

how your mag? I know when my mag was low my chalices would start to receed.

If you have some kind of bacteria infection, I would dip it in tropic marine pro coral cure. Use a baster to force the water into the infected areas. This has worked for me. You might need to do this process every other day for a week.
