chalice question

ok what lights are best for chalice I have radium se 250watt for the sps and wonder if they would be ok I notice t5's and led's put the best color out so not sure which way to go. also what do you keep your water parameters at high or low alk?etc..

I know in my personal experience t5's give me the best results. Around my way I know a lot of collectors using T5's. some even switched from LEDs or MH.
