Chalice turning brown - what to do?

Here is a pic:
EDIT: It's not brown jelly. Discoloration came from far end when it was located at the bottom of the tank in 100 PAR area. Now it's moved higher.

Move it into a dark spot in the tank, and put the thread in the LPS forum along with all of your parameters :)
 
Flow is very gentle. Mag is higher, like 1800 because I was fighting bryopsis.
PH 8.1, Alk 4 meg/l, Phosphate 0.00, Nitrate 10-20, tank 2 years old. Salt 1.026
Could the brown stuff be result of fragging? I got it few weeks ago.
 
could be from fragging. Chalices grow in a circular pattern with smooth edges. They have a tendency to recede at angled corners. I dont think the main issue was the lights. Get your parameters back in check first
