Chalk bass experiences?

Just recently a LFS in my area got in a shipment of chalk bass, and I am considering adding a few to my 120. I have only ever kept one before, which was eating and presumably healthy as can be, but one day just vanished. Is this normal for chalk bass? Any input on this species would be appreciated

One of my favorites. Pretty easy to keep, though they are jumpers so that may account for your disappearance.

I had 3 in my 150 for a while, eventually I got bored of them and removed them, but they were fine together.

Great fish! they grow quickly too which is a good thing. Never had a problem with this fish going after another fish. Its actually low in the pecking order in my tank lol
