Well It was an exciting day, I did something that Is out of character for my tank. Sean @ Ebayfish had an Aussie shipment and I was struck with the beauty of certain LPS to be exact an Acan Krypto Green mouths/White polyps/Faint purple w/Stripes on the borders over 30 mouths, And then there's the Orange/W White tips Torch Coral plus throw In a Scoly type coral and I thought I was done.
But then came the Fish, A Hawaiian Flame Wrasse that's absolutely my new favorite! It's In my frag tank with a window screen cover over the tank as It Is a possible jumper. I guess I should have kept my screens I made for that Jawfish but I didn't. So tomorrow I will make new one's B4 I add this fish to my display tank.
Anyone Interested In some Awesome fish they have more both male and female, Also they have three Australian Anthias, One male and two female that are georgous that are going as a harem as they don't want to split them up.

Geeze, Bill... you could have at least waited until the rest of us had a look at what they got in for tomorrow's sale! :D

I think pics are in order, especially of the acan. ;)

I'll see what my Wife can do tomorrow, As she Is the Picture loader.... But you knew that. What Sale ? Did I buy on the wrong day??? Hey just thought about this they had Aussie Duncans for around 50.00 think they had around 4 heads! Tell your Boss he was looking for some. Check out those Fish their the nicest I've seen In a long time. They also had a few more nice corals left too.
Bill

Sounds nice Bill! I got me some purple and green duncans the other day

If you go to their website, they're having a large sale tomorrow. Corals 30% off, fish 25% off, etc. I will be there, hopefully they have stuff left.

Although my camera sucks here are some photos, but it doesn't really show the true colors. The torch is actually orange.

No Mikey I got the only one they had! And It really Is Orange, The pictures do not do any of them justice. They did have a nice green bubble coral left and some other SPS plus some Duncans and mics other things....

Keep a close eye on that flame wrasse Bill. They are extremely delicate shippers. They do well once settled in but it is getting them to that point.

Keep the water quality to the level of your main tank and feed him several times daily and hopefully he will make it. As a general rule the females do better and will quickly turn into a male (in a matter of weeks) without a male present.

If they have a female you should go back and get one as that will help and in the unfortunate event that the male doesn't make it the female will turn to male.

They are gorgeous fish but I have not had good luck with them and decided not to try another unless I can acquire it from divers den.

Dang it Bill, that was the only thing that peaked my interest!!!

Strange, I had called this morning and they said they had orange torch, when I got there they said it was gone.

That Is strange unless who ever you talked to didn't know It got sold yesterday! Timeing Is everything, sometimes you win sometimes you lose, I've heard about these Orange Torch but never even saw one until yesterday and when I did I liked It so...
Bill
PS, Lets see how fast of a grower It Is so I can sell frags!
CeeGee My Wrasse Is eating like a pig and seems very content In It's new home. All aggresive fish In my tank will be removed B4 I put It In, I already have the trap again and they got their last meal today now the food goes In the trap...

Those Flame Wrasse all looked VERY healthy to me when I was looking at them today. Very pretty fish! I really don't want to add any more fish until I do my upgrade next year......

Agree. Most of the fairy wrasses do better if not purchased as "super males" or "terminal phase". If you buy them as juves and have patience they generally fare better in captive environments.

Yep I took the smallest of the females and It seems to be doing fine at this point! I have It isolated In my Frag tank and will leave It there until I can remove some unwanted tankmates. It has some rockwork with caves and Is eating like a pig, Seems to have personality as It comes out now when I enter the sump room and checks me out. It does not seem to be as reclusive as some of the other Wrasses I've had In the past, Nice fish so far so good...
Bill
PS Dave have you came to any decision on those frags?

OK on the tenuis, see below:

Maybe on the forest fire but I'd have to cut a frag first (sold out locally on the ones cut).
