So, Chris, what do you have to do with Reefworks? Are you the owner?
 
Its because he felt guilty for outbidding me on the purple frogspawn at the frag auction....

I would recommend taking the other one out before putting that guy in...you don't want them doing battle when you get the new one in...

Oh wow I hadn't been keeping up on this thread welcome to the boards Chris! My husband and I stopped up at your shop a week or two ago and picked up a really nice mushroom rock :)

You guys have a great store and its great to see you here on the orca boards!
 
Well, Ill be going to get the new nem in just a few hours. Im so nervous and scared for stupid reasons. I feel like Im doing something terribly wrong to my clowns and I feel guilty. Im so scared that they will hate me for trading in their home for a newer model. All morning, Ive been telling myself that it is for the nem's own good. Its too big for my tank, and he doesnt need to get sucked down my pipe or into my powerhead again. Maybe because he was my very first nem, and parting with it is emotional thing for me. Good grief, Im a sap! I get way too attached to things! lol On the other hand, Im excited because the new nem will be beautiful, and the clowns may really like it. Its so bittersweet...
 
I have a feeling once you get the new one in your tank and your clowns hopefully rush into it and it acclimates well you'll be like, phew! and then forget the whole thing ever happened :)
 
Got the new nem, and she is beautiful!! When the clowns arent hiding behind a rock, they peek at it. The male has gotten close to it a few times, but time will tell. It would be really neat to wake up in the morning and find them in it :) Thank you so much Chris, I love it!!

And while I was in Reef Works, I snagged a really great zoa rock for Brannon. But that also means that I will be doing some fragging for myself because I steal coral from him :) There are atleast 3 different colors on it. I chose that rock because of the pinky-orange colored ones. And seriously, excuse the dirty glass.

Very very cool if they are hosting when you wake up tomorrow PICS!!!!

i like the mixed zoa rock.. i'd definitely frag out your favorites so no color dominates over the ohter and weeds it out.. kind of sort of look like the green dragon eyes and either fire and ice or supernova morph? i can't keep track of all the names people name them!
 
Thanks Chrisstie! I checked on zoaid.com - I think the pinkish ones are Speckled Flowers, and the real light blues are Aquaman Blue.
 
I officially feel like dirt. My clowns have been swimming around the tank looking so lost. They look like they did before I got their first nem. If they dont host the new one within a few weeks, Im going to cry. I know Im a chick and Im a sap, but I really do feel bad. I hate knowing they dont have their nem to sleep in tonight. Id feel lost without my bed too :sad1:
