Changing face of GHL support

Hi Everyone,

I think I have mentioned this more than once but now we really need strictly implement this.

As of Jan 01 ALL support will be only answered at www.aquariumcomputer.com/forum with an exception, if you are new to ProfiLux and first time on this forum we will help you out that time and then direct you to the correct forum.

It is important we now build an easy to manage easy to follow support database, ProfiLux is a global controller and requires a resource that is central and can be correctly controlled.

What will happen to RC GHL forum? - Well nothing other than it will be for you guys to discuss and chat about all thing ProfiLux and your systems and of course for us to share important announcements. I will pop in from time to time to make sure you are behaving yourselves :hammer: :lolspin:

So if you post a question here you will get a link to the correct forum.

I have said this various time before, but now its time to really get this up and running.

Please make sure you create a log in at www.aquariumcomputer.com/forum and if you for some reason can not do this, email us and we will do it for you

Has anyone done this yet? I have never done a web page before and would like to see what others have done or could at least give me some good information.

This is one of the features I have been waiting to use.
