My first all LED reef. All of the SPS I've acquired has been kept under MH. When T5s 1st hit the scene I had a frag tank and threw a T5 fixture over it. Same water system. I noticed corals would brown out for a while the rebound with brilliant colors. I anticipate the same with LED.
I'm putting all new corals on the bottom and expect some coloration loss and growth stunting.
For those that made the switch, how long did it take you to ramp up your intensity?
When buying corals from under T5 or MH, how quickly do you move them up to their final position (for those with established LED reefs @ full intensities)?
