Changing MH bulbs

I will be changing my MH bulbs from 250W 15000K to 250W 20000K radiums. I was wondering if going to a higher K bulb would lower par readings in my tank.

Does anyone know the answer to this question?

which 15K? You may actually get more PAR from the Radium, depending on the ballast you are using.

The bulb is a 250W 15000k XM and my ballast is a Lumateck select a watt 250/400.

Won't be much difference in Par, the Radium is a strong 20K.
