The cheap HQI bulbs are on EBay, ~$10, but unknown brand. 14,000K too.

I have two of these no names as backups. So far I have not had a problem. The ones that come from Hong Kong get shipped in a chinese food container and wrapped in green paper. Im not joking!

Reeflux 12K bulbs look really nice and are relatively blue. I can actually buy them for $60 semi-locally.
