Cheapest Netbook/Tablet to run GHL Control Center?

I've been keeping my old Apple PowerBook around just so I can run Windows 10 via Bootcamp for two pieces of software. GCC, and tuning software for my Audi.
The dang thing won't even charge it's battery anymore (not a bad battery) so it's time throw it on fleabay.
I'm going to replace it with an iPad Pro but this won't run Windows so I need a suggestion for the cheapest possible (new) option for running GCC and doing firmware updates.
I'm posting in here just in case there is something specific about the needs of the Profilux that might be overlooked elsewhere.
Suggestions????

You can buy a netbook that runs windows 10 brand new on amazon for $120. Amazon also has used ones for $60.

A friend has an RCA Cambio that he uses to push tunes to his stereo. He's pretty happy with it.

It's fancier than I wanted, but it seems like tablets are replacing netbooks?

I did and it's working well for GCC!



Now if I could just get the Unitronic software to install.

Nextbook Flexx 10. Around $130 on amazon.
Has standard size USB and detachable keyboard.

Now I have NOT tried a firmware update yet.
But otherwise GCC runs fine.
