Cheapest Reefing Store in the USA/Canada?

Hi everyone,

I'm just after opinions/recommendations as to the cheapest online reef store in the USA or Canada.

As I am from New Zealand, I regularly get things shipped over here as American based stores are much cheaper than local stores - and each time I have found MarineDepot to be the best priced, but I was wondering if there is another one, that I haven't found that is cheaper?


Any recommendations welcome

Depending on what you're looking for, you can find some good deals on Amazon. Several reef supply stores also sell through Amazon in addition to their own website.

Take a look at fragtastic reef.com, I've picked up a couple things there cheaper than other places.

I've found quite a few things on there that are significantly cheaper then other "reefing" stores online.

As I read through the comments, there are a few places mentioned that I have never shopped at. With that being said, I have found Premium Aquatics to be much cheaper than Marine Depot or BRS. I haven't purchased any equipment in a while, most of my purchases are maintenance items...salt, testing supplies, RO/DI supplies. So those are really the only items that I can speak of.

BRS isn't necessarily the cheapest on everything, but we put a majority of our business to them. The preferred Reefer program plus monthly group buys, it's worth it to us to go to one place. Their service is top notch and customer service very knowledgable in reefing.
