Actually, a small tank like that is more conducive to proper feeding. The main hurdle is the constant attention and maintenance that tank will require. I suppose you could automate alot of it with medical feeding pumps and a reef controller. I would also consider a constant water changing system. You can do this with either a Litermeter 3 or a couple of medical feeding pumps.
