Hey folk look what I got yesterday at Coral Oasis. This was the brightest thing in the tank and it a color that I have never seen. So I decided to buy it. It was a perty penny but I have never seen this before. The color is so intense its unreal. Here are some photos that I took just now one is with out flash and the other with flash. Hope you enjoy.

thanks sk8r and steve.

Steve you got a picture of yours. I want to see if it stayed the same color. Also where did you get yours at

I'll take a picture of it again when the halides kick on. I've had it about a month and a half now...it did color shift some...more to "dark" purple base and "dark" red polyps. When I got it was a purple base with red polyps like yours. I would love for it to turn back to the colors it was when I purchased it...but only time will tell. You may have better luck than me in having it keep it's color.

I'll pm you place I purchased it at.

i remember seeing that thing there, it was like $200-300, i quickly decided to buy something else  But it was really nice though, i can't deny that.

Hugo let me know when you are going to be at your store again. I'll cut a piece for you. So how is the efflo doing.

Drake not sure who you talked to but I was quoted a price much lower then that. If it was 2-300 I would have not bought it.

I saw it there too. Nice coral.

I also saw it there, and it was very pretty. What I had my eye on were the amazing neon green polyps in the other bin that they refused to sell me and wouldn't frag yet.

hey I also wanted to buy some of them zoos but I was not allowed to buy untill they fraged them. This meens that they will want alot of cash for them. Well good luck to who ever gets them

What is funny is they got the neon green zoas and the other zoas for next to nothing from what the guy was saying, someone stopped tanking care of their tank for several months and just dumped it. They happened to be the lucky ones to get all the livestock and now they are going to resell it for exorbitant prices. Sellers market I guess....

Mario, Congrats! I wanted to get that one but a little out of my price range! If you decide to frag it let me know :)
