would this light fixture do ok for sps and lps i know it would be fine for softies. But if power bill gets to high i'm buying this soon.

640 watts of power should! Although I would go with 3 175w Iwasaki's 15,000k's on electronics if power consumption worries you that would only be 525 watts and you would have better penetration.
