Checkout and such

Are the DVDs available for checkout?

What are the rules. The club library is actually an interesting function and we have talked about it in the OKAA but decided it was too much of a pain in the you know what.

Well I got some good news today I just had to share. The Monterey Bay Aquarium has contacted me to do some work with Wild Bettas. I doubt my SW could ever approach what I have done in FW but you never know.

I don't know if you are interested in it or not, but I currently have the GARF Coral Propogation DVD. If you, or anyone, is interested in it, it will be back at the meeting on Saturday.

That still did not answer what I asked, the DVDs in the Library are they available to be checked out?

Thanks.

Yes...Well, at least most if I recall. There were some that I think pwhitby had reserved back so he can do presentations, or something along those lines. I'll let him pop in here.

As I said, contact the COMAS librarian for details. Admittedly I did write books in my response and not specifically DVDs, but the same applies. If they are not on loan you can take them out. I have no idea if they are on loan or not. I dont keep track of the library.

Well they do sound like cool presentations. Our club played an IMAC video once and even our most die hard aquarists were falling asleep.

I did not see that one on your list. I doubted any of the other ones were that boring.

ohhh I think we found one straight out of the bag.

The first one (and only one) we looked at.

Well the only other thing that put me to sleep like that was 2001; I swear, I had a major case of insomnia once and would put in 2001 and within 30 min I was out.
