Approximately 0:36 - 0:40 in the video linked above. That looks like an eye, looking right at the camera... (Right?)

For anyone who may be interested, now or later... PDF Page 7 linked here and pasted below describes Branchiosyllis cirropunctata. The description of habitat ("dead plates of Acropora sp. covered in corallinealgae") fits exactly. This specific type of coralline on this rock is a bit different than the other corallines - it's quite a bit thicker and glows lightly under actinic.

I have found nothing on its diet - I have no idea what it eats, but somehow it has survived for well over two years...
