Did they send you instructions via email? If not I can send them to you, just PM your email.

Damai makes some nice looking lights. If you contact them directly you can customize the light. I think they come with white and blue. To add UV it will cost $1 more. Green and red for free.

Here is a price list I got from them last night. Includes a wireless controller for dimming and one controller can control 10 different fixtures. Price does not include shipping but is around $35 to $45 FEDEX 5 day shipping?

DM-40X3W-B (Bridgelux chip)

DM-40X3W-C (Cree chip)

They were the first ones I was looking at but the deal breker for me was I couldn't pay through paypal or with credit card. They are nice looking lights though.

update!

shipping is $86 so total for cheapest including shipping is $375

These fixtures over $300 are just too pricey for no US warranty and non premium leds. Why bother when a warranty and better quality leds are only around $20 more for commercial fixtures? They say Cree, but they are not being driven fully, and may not be a good quality bin or real Crees at all. XPE Crees are also 2 generations old now (2 years).

Received my d120 this morning :). I'm surprised by how fast it was, ordered on Friday and got them today. Now I just need to figure out a way to hang it, like everyone else has said, the kit they send you to hang them is terrible.

Simon finally gave me my tracking number just now and said it has been sent. Why lie to me and tell me it was sent a few days ago and then only just send it now? I will never buy anything from from twilight again and would not recommend anyone else deal with them either. Its taken them 15 days to finally send my light.

Prolly a misunderstanding. Most of them are shipping from mainland China to HongKong, then to you. I know mine left the factory very fast but officially only went on tracker several days later once they left HK.

I really liked Travis's pictures, but I'm wondering if the reefbrite helped in the purple tinting. I would like to see tank shots with the d120. After reading several pages, it looks like you may have to go with 2:1 white to blue to prevent the blue from drowning the rest of the colors. Thanks to all of you for contributing and sharing your experience with these fixtures.

Anyone else got more tank shots with their chinese fixtures?

2:1 white to blue would be insanity. The reason it is so blue, is that the Cool Whites being used have a lot of blue in them too.

2:1 blue:white gets you 14k if you use neutral and warm whites (6500k and under).

Does anyone contact Sam regularly? I have been having a hard time getting a hold of him. I got some extra LEDs shipped to me in a friends order and want to know if there is a way to tell exactly what Temp they are. I was supposed to get 6500k but there are no markings on the LEDs ro the bags and I don't want to go through the hassle of replacing them if they will be the same as the 10000k that is in there now
