Chlorine in RO / DI?

Do I still need to add the stuff that gets rid of chlorine and whatever else to the RO / DI water?

The carbon block filters that come before your membrane are designed to remove chlorine in order to protect the membrane.

If its a true RO/DI unit, all the crap & chlorine should be stripped out.

Make sure that your filters are fresh ( new ).. Also get your self a TDS Meter..... The best is a COM-100...... It measures right down to the 0.0. By the way, true 0.0 Tds IS 0.3...& The Com-100 will read this. Other meters will read 0.0...when the real reading is 0.9

You can buy the COM-100 from the filter guys for $50.00.......here it the link http://www.thefilterguys.biz/tds_meters.htm

Trust Me..Its the Best

you do not need to add de-chlorinators to RO/DI water, as tmz points out that's a function of the prefilters on the unit.
