I'm a BBQ man! I bought a Boston Butt today to make traditional southern pulled pork bbq for the club meeting on the 4th of March. Get your appetites ready!
 
hey john is it real southern or florida southern? you know how the bbq places around here pull the pork and make you pour on the sauce. ;) makes me wonder why they still call it bbq instead of just grilled. those big green eggs are awesome aren't they?
 
I cook true 'southern' pulled pork. I add the sauce during the pulling stage. Yes, some purists like the sauceless PP but I prefer it sauced. I am torn between a mustard vinegar sauce or a tomatoe base sauce for the meeting.

And yes, I do LOVE my Big Green Egg!
