ya i found that out in my reek so i moved him into a more preditory tank but wanted to add a bubble tip for my tomato clown but did not want to come down the next morning to see the star fish eating him
I have had a CC star for nine months and never bothered anything, but then all of a sudden he tried eating my clove polyps and my zoas. I doubt he would touch a BTA, the BTA could easly sting it.
yaa i am thinking he would sting it but the wat this star devoward my mushrooms whiped out a whole colony over night and that was after 6 months of not bothering them at all.But he is a good cleaner
Throw him in your Sump. He will eat anything( besides anemone's) that he can reach. We have one in our Sump and he has survived it in the Sump for a LONG time. It will get rid of all the detritus in the Sump. Very useful......

I am my Father's Daughter.....reef wise.....
i can always throw the chocolate star in the refuge but was hoping he would get along in the other tank so everyone could see him but if not back to the refuge he willl go
