Chocolate Tang has the mumps?

Hi, very recently my Chocolate Tang has developed some lumps located just behind her front fins. It almost looks like something is stuck in her throat, or she has teh mumps or something. She's been reclusive lately as well, preferring to to hide in the rocks. She went a day without eating as well, which is very unusual for her.

Any ideas?
