Christmas Favia w/ tenacles???

I may be in the wrong area but I got to ask the question.

I got a Christmas Favia at a club meet and took it home and acclimated it. Its now day 3 and there are about 5-7 tenacles coming out of it. All bright white with clear bubble ends. Is it a long Tenacle or is that normal?

That is normal, just the polyps reaching out to capture food. If you have livestock that requires you to feed the tank, you will notice it even more so then, as the coral smells the food in the water. It is not necessary to feed favia corals, though.
