Bring a wrapped gift ($5 max) to participate in white elephant/yankee trade gift exchange.
The club will have a special raffle for paid members, they will be raffling off a complete reef system, sounds really cool.
As I recall, the club also buys the pizza. It's generally just a fun evening without a speaker presentation.

Pizza and drinks (Soda only) is on the house (Club)
You show up and with your paid membership you will get two raffle tickets.
One for the main raffle and one for the grand prize.
Tickets CAN NOT be purchased!
You can only win in the raffle one time (Except the grand prize)
Hundereds of dollars in raffle prizes..
Grand Prize: Sweet 45G Starfire Tech Tank with sump, heaters, chiller, skimmer, Stand, MH lights, etc..
And like Shelia said, there's a white elephant gift exchange..

Ideas for cool gifts for the Xmas party
-alcohol (is a favorite every white elephant exchange)
-Cleaner crews (snails, peppermint shrimp ect)
- Gift certificates ( like a 10 dollar gas card that will be enough to get someone home from the meeting)
- RC memebership ( the pay for kind)
- alcohol ( some things are so good they need to be said twice)
- Gag gifts
- Zoo's (YR and CRS have some sweet frags for 10-15 bucks usually!)
