Christmas Wrasse help

Hello to all,
My christmas wrasse has gone down hill in the past week or so. First it was a little tissue loss around the mouth, no biggie i thought, maybe it just rubbed the rocks the wrong way or got a pice of sand stuck in its lips. Now a week later it has gotten worse. Its mouth has got grinded down severly and it has a big bump on its head that wasn't there before, and now today on of its eyes is swollen. I have had this fish for over a year, always eating greedily and now I just dont know what to do.
Params-
Ammonia-0ppm
Nitrate-10ppm
Nitrite- dont have a kit for
PH- 8.2
SG- 1.23 on hydrometer

Other inhabitants-
Pair of Allardi clowns-first fish in tank, well over a year and a half
"Pair" of jawfish
Pair of dwarf Angels-been in for 6 months
One Majestic Angel- been in for over a year
3 skunk cleaner shrimp
1 longspine urchin- very big might be the cause of the swollen eye?
200+ lbs of live rock
100lbs of sand

Tank
120 gallon tank
canister filter-changed when needed about once a month
Mag 12 pump for circulation
Water changes done as needed

Other things I have noticed are the clowns are getting more aggresive and the wrasse and clowns have their battles, but nobody really seems to get hurt in the battles.

So I guess my question is what is wrong with my wrasse and what can I do to save it?

Thanks for your help in advance.

can you take a pic of your wrasse?

Is the mouth degrading or is there something growing near or on the mouth.

Is he eye, swollen and popping out like 'pop-eye' sympotms?

Are you treating him with anything?

Is he in your main tank right now?

Thanks for the reply.

I'll try to get a picture of the wrasse tonight.

The mouth is actually degrading nothing is growing on or near the mouth.

Yes, the eye is popping out like "pop-eye" symptoms.

No, I am not treating him with anything right now, because I dont know what to treat him with.

Yes, he is in my main tank right now, but all of the other fish are not acting like anything is wrong.

Thanks for the help.

if you could get a pic that would be great.

If there is some sort of bacterial infection you could start with an antibotic like Maracyn-2 or Furazone.

The popeye, could be a secondary infection, of could be from trauma.

The problem is you need to treat him, but netting him could cause more damage to the swollen eye. If you ccould catch him without netting him to move him that would be optimal to move him to a QT to treat.

Sorry but I couldnt get a picture of the wrasse because my digital camera broke.

There would be no possible way of getting the wrasse out without a net on into a q-tine tank, even if I took all of the rock out. The wrasse is just too fast and "darty" for me to have a chance.

So now what do you think I should do???
Thanks for all of your help.

Well just an update... The mouth hasn't gotten any worse or better...the eye swelling has gone down considerably...and the bump on the head is nomore...he is also still eating so i hope he will get better...thanks for all of your help Hattie B

Thats good about the bump.

The eye is also good. that means that those two things are getting better. =)

Are you giving him antibotics? The other good thing is that he is still eating if he stopped then it would be harder for him to get healthier.. (Wrasses, as you know are hard to catch!).

Yes that is very good that the bump and eye are getting better!

No, I am not treating the tank with antibiotics, wouldn't that kill all the "good" things in the tank? If not then I will deff. start treating the tank.
