Chromi tail disease? Getting picked on? Help please

Please see pictures in album.
Pics 2, 3, 5, & 6 give the best views of it. It appears that his tail is disappearing, either because he's being picked on, or he has some disease. Please help!

From what I see in the pictures it looks like fin rot.
Is he eating? Are his eyes cloudy? Is he being chased?
Get some Dr. G's Kankamycin Caviar shipped to you right away, or call around your local fish stores and see if any one has it.
