Ciprofloxacin Antibiotic Treatment H. Magnifica Log #2 (Maximus)

I came home saturday afternoon to the mag totally deflated. I thought maybe was just pooping so left him alone and tested the water. All the levels were good, but I did a 20% water change to be safe and replace carbon. Sunday I left the mag alone to see how things went in the morning he was about 1/4 his normal size but mostly inflated. From and around 12 on was totally deflated again. So last night around 11 I decided to do cipro treatment again.

The mag is still super sticky. When i was moving it kept sticking to my gloves. Not really sure how got sick again no other anemones so signs of being sick. Possibly from the glass scraper. I used the same scrapper on friday for my main tank and my one nano tank.:headwally:

Isn't that curious! Do you have other anemones in your nano? I must confess, I'm having a strange experience with a mag at the moment that I bought at my LFS about 10 days ago. It looked bad in the store, responded well to cipro for 7 days, then started looking bad again. Suspecting ammonia problems, I put it into my regular QT tank and it started doing the daily deflation cycle. So, back into the HT for another round of cipro and it is actually looking better - though is expelling those rat-poop black balls something fierce right now. But no deflations. Not sure what the deal is frankly.
