Cirrhipathes is loosing tissue

Hi,
my cirrhipathes is loosing tissue and I don't know why :( Tank is new (start 03/15) but others corals like sun corals, "chilli" are doing well, only this is bad.
Parameters: Ca 490, Mg 1440, kH 8, NO3 10.

looks like tissue recession due to lack of nutrition.
these guys feed on smaller foods. I'm not sure if they actually feed on phyto but they seem to fair better when there is phyto in the system (just an empirical observation). Not sure if that is due to rotifer build-up.
