clam breeding

Yes people breed clams, aka "farming or "aquacultured". 7 out of the 8 popular species of giant clams are captive-bred. However, clams must be bred under labratory conditions. The larval stage is extremely delicate and fragile. I would leave this type of breeding to the experts.

Take care!

In close system, clam eggs got polyspermia (too many sperm penetrated each egg) and don't develop. One need to solve this first, then the feeding and the acquisition of zooanthellae.
