Clam Stress - Fish shadows

I've added a new clam (the first) and its constantly closing as the fish swim over / cause a shadow. So at least I know its healthy. At any rate will they get use to the shadows and fish passing over them?

It should start to do that less and less often as it gets used to things. It will always do it a little bit.
