clarkii and singularia-please help

One of my young clarkii clownfish, the larger and presumably female of the two, has started hosting in my green singularia! While this is altogether fascinating, I am worried about the coral. It retracts its polyps upon contact (not all of them, just where the clown settles in) and I wonder if it is being too stressed.

Please comment of similar experience. What should I do?
