Clarkii Clown AND Yellow Eye infected with Ich!!!!

Hello all =(

I recently noticed that my Clarkii clown had what I thought was a case of popeye to begin with... however, as I began to take a closer look I realized it was Ich. Minutes later I noticed he had gotten it from a recently added Yellow Eye Tang.

I guess the Yellow Eye contracted Ich as a result of a stressful move.

In any case, should I remove these two fish? They are both currently eating well. My water params are as follows:

78.6 Temperature
1.026 PH
0 Ammonia
0 Nitrite
15 Nitrate

Other inhabitants include:
1 Blue-Green Chromis
3 Bangai Cardinals
1 Yellow Head Goby
3 Bangai Cardinals
1 Sail Fin Tang
1 Pink Skunk

1 Carpet Anemone
2 Scarlet Skunk cleaner shrimp
5 Red Leg Hermit Crab (mexico)
5 Astrea Snail
1 Crocea Clam
1 Maximus Clam

Any help is greatly appreciated

1. Ich doesn't just pop out of nowhere.
2. Stress doesn't cause ich.
3. Ich is a parasite
4. All fish now potentially have the ich because you did not QT or you at least you don't mention that you did.
5. You must now remove all fish and put in QT and leave you main tank fallow(without any fish) for at least 4-6 weeks and treat all the fish with either hyposalinity or copper in QT.

only thing to add is; unless fish are showing signs of distress, i would just allow a bit of time to pass prior to taking any action to see what may transpire.

Is two days too much time?

My QT is only 7 gallons... am I to put ALL of my fish in there? I doubt that would be a good scenario.

If I need to go out and buy another tank then so be it, I would be very very very grief stricken if I lost any of my fish...

:(
