Clarkii...is freaking out

I've got a clarkii in a 10g nano that has recently started freaking out. It's biting; all hermit crabs, chocolate chip starfish, snails (turbo, nassarius, astrea) and frantically darts around the tank as well as flailing sand around the tank. All parameters are safely in check.

What's up with this guy?

Welcome to typical clarkii behavior

IMHO, a 10gl tank is to small for most clarkii's. Especially if you're trying to keep other fish in the tank with them.

It is definately too small for this fish.

its a nano you have a clarkii a small motel not a mansion.

so really with all the live rocks and sand you may only have 7 gal of space. that is small.

I think your clarkii is a bit upset and probably not use to such small space you are providing it.

Dats nothing... my clarki thinks it owns my entire 175 gallon tank even the fish half its size.. soo goodluck! Lol
