Clarkii pair question

So I received a pair of black clarkiis about 2 days ago and they were shipped in seperate bags. Upon acclimating them and introducing them into the tank the both start shaking at one another. I know it is normal for the male to do this but why would the female be doing this as well? Also I did purchase them a carpet nem that same day. The female took to it right away but she will not allow the male near it. He stays on the otherwise of the tank. Is this normal in pairs that are newly introduced? Or are they even a pair!

I have seen both the male and female shake in paired clownfish. As long as she is not chasing him and being mean I would not be too worried! But hopefully someone else will have some other ideas
