Updated spread sheet.
For any folks that want to get in, but need it next month this might work for you. I currently have a tank running in my back yard (180). I am letting it sit until I am ready to move it inside and replace the one I currently have. It just has some LR, chromis, pep shrimp, algea and an urchin in it. No lights. Lots of flow. Heaters, sump, skimmer. It will be sitting there for a while. Until approx. 5/27.
I am putting all my snails and such in there and can put any other peoples in there that need to wait a while. I can't guarantee them like a LFS, but will be doing everything I need to do to keep mine alive. Maybe order 10% more than you want. At these $, it is still a great deal. I will not do this for starfish or scarlet crabs as they will be impossible to find later.
I can guarantee that the tank will stay in this condition until the weekend after Bay to Breakers as I will be building a float for the event every weekend until the event. Bay to Breakers is May 21st.
On a side note, any reefers what to join us for Bay to Breakers? We don't run it, we build a float, add 2-3 kegs and walk through the streets of SF drinking our face off. I think the theme this year is Ghostbusters, and I am building Echto 1. It might be Pirates/Pirate Ship as well (we did this last year). We are finalizing the decision this weekend after national rebuilding day. It is really fun. You need a costume, beer donation, sun screen and good shoes.

Elite, the prices are on the spread sheet. They go down as we order more stuff. If we get to $500 we get a good discount, so that is the goal.

As far as the date, I am shooting for May 8th. Than means everyone should check the spread sheet next week and confirm the $ is correct. I wil get a shipping estimate next week as well. Send all the $ by the 7th. If a late order gets in that drops the price for people, I will give them cash or check on pick-up.

Qwiv, if you're still up for holding them until late May, I'd be up for ordering. I have no idea when we'll sell/buy our house (hopefully it will be soon), but I suppose I can keep everything in a rubbermaid container once you can't hold them any longer. Or, at worst, they'll all go in my 70g.
