Phyl and Ribs, they are shipping tomorrow for Thursday delivery. We used their spreadsheet, so they should come pre-packed with the correct splits.

Once we receive the shipment and the whole process is complete, we can do a little post-mortem to share the things we've learned. It may come in handy for Ribs who has volunteered to organize the next group order.

Everything should be packed in the quantities you ordered, but just in case, you might want to bring a container. I like to bring an Igloo cooler too, just to keep 'em toasty for the ride home.

What is the acclimation procedure? as usual or they ship them dry and you just dump them after floating for temperature?
