+1. Wait till you see what you get for the price, and then look at the cost for each snail locally. In addition, you get super small guys that get in the crevices of rock that I have not seen for sale locally.

+1. I also try to always pick one larger member as well. sand sifting star, conch, etc

Live aquaria's build your own is pretty sweet with free shipping and arrive alive, stay alive... Emeralds and turbos are the only two you need IMO...

I've used liveaquaria's build your own. Everything was alive but one mini hermit. The price was right and everything is doing fine.
