Cleaner Crew

Hey guys I have had my reef tank up and doing well for about 6mnt now. And I am wanting to start a cleaning crew. I don't know where to start. The tank is a 92 gallon corner tank and only has live rock and a 4 tangs as well as lots of coral such as softies and a few SPS. Let me know where I should start and how many do I need..

What kind of mess are you dealing with? No use putting nassarius snails in a barebottom tank.

I would toss in at least 20 herbivore snails to start, if you find that they are not keeping up, toss in another 10 and repeat as needed.

Well I have some algae issues but not to bad. The tank has about 4in of live sand and sometimes turns brown which I know is common just because of my bio load. Thanks for the advice

A mixture of different snails should work. I'd start slow, maybe add 3 or 4 and see how they do first. No use adding a ton of snails right off the bat only to watch the tank balance out the population. Like you said though, "it's not to bad." That's exactly what you want.
