cleaner fish ????

wanting some suggestions for good cleaner fish to keep with several tangs in a 265 gl tank

i read that the cheap cleaner wrasses are hard to keep in captivity ?

i have skunk cleaners but wanted to have more than just them.

fish are powder blue, powder brown, yellow ,kole and naso.

How about some cleaner gobies? They come in three different colors and I think they're awesome.

I vote for cleaner gobies as well. Much hardier and you can buy them tank raised via ORA. Cleaner wrasses should be left on the reefs to clean the wild reef fish. If we take all of the cleaner wrasses off the reefs, the fishies can't get cleaned! lol :fish1:

I have a cleaner wrasse and he does a great job. I purchased it from a local reefer that was breaking his tank down. I think the hardest thing to do is find one that is established and feeding on prepared food items. Mine eats flake and nori and pecks at pods, pellets and mysis. The person before me only fed pellets. Try your lfs and maybe have them feed the cleaners to see which ones are feeding on prepared foods.

I have a regular Indo Pacific cleaner wrasse for 3 years. Very hungry, eats everything. I think one key is to feed them plenty of algae strips. Mine devours the Julian Sprung sea veggie purple sheets.

i had a pair of cleaner wrasses that done great in my tank untill i learned a hard leason about rio pumps....and my entire tank crashed...

i havent tried any since but the cleaner gobies are great and like said come in nice colors.....
