Cleaner shrimp

I was thinking about getting a couple of cleaner shrimp for my tank but I wasn't sure if two was too much for a 24g. Currently I have 2 clowns, a cleanup crew, a few LPS and a Zoa colony. I was planning on adding one more fish, probably a goby and the two shrimp and be done with the live stock. Would this be too much of a bioload for a 24g?
