No its will kill each other :(
I try introducing few new ones after one of my 3 years old cleaner wrasse died. I tried Xmas island , Hawaiian and regular one but they all get killed by the establish cleaner wrasse.

I have yet to figure out how to pair cleaner wrasses. Unless they are a true mated pair, one will kill the other.

I have a pair, bought at same time as a small and medium, and they get along great, but I tried a third and it was WWIII. Both are from the Philippines and I've had them for a few years.

You are lucky! I tried that twice... no go. Pairs viciously defend their "cleaning station" areas, so no surprise a third was not accepted.

Yes. Very lucky. Almost all the aggression was between the new fish and what I assume is the male. Female could have cared less.

I have that I added at the same time, they get along great. They each have their own "cleaning station" that the other fish visit regularly and I have even caught them cleaning each other a few times.
