Cleanup crew stocking levels

Hi,
I'm setting up a 12 gal marine tank and was wondering what kind of cleanup crew I'll need and how many I'll need and also in what order to introduce them. All help apreciated.

You'll definately need a few snails and a few hermits. You won't need them until you start getting algae blooms though.

Yep. I can still add them before algae though? Or do they need it to feed off? Here's the clean up animals I like the look of:

Cleaner Shrimp
Boxer Shrimp
Hermit Crabs
turbo snails

Oh yeah, forgot to say that tank volume was in UK gallons, its 60ltrs or 15 US gal.

12gal might be to small for a cleaner and coral banded.

I see my snail shells on my hermits and dwarf DOESNT mean they're gonna stay small either.
