cleanup suggestion for 55 gal?

I have what it appears to be brown algae on sand bed, bubble algae on rocks.

I have right now 10 turbo snails
5 astrae
1 emerald
5 nassarius

What do i need?

If thr tank is newly setup the brown diatoms wil go away and is perfectly normal. For te sand you could get some snails to help keep the sand clean.
Nerites, cerith, snails will do the job. The bubble algae I would take the rock out and scrub it off and rinse it in water change water.

I agree that the brown film might well go away on its own. My cerith do seem to be good to have. I wouldn't take the rock out of the tank, but I would pull off what bubble alga was easily reached.

If the bubble algae doesn't go away on its own, you can outcompete it with a macroalga area, or work on feeding, etc. Drop a post back in a while if it's still a problem.
