Clear patches on acropora

I fetched a nice piece of SPS last weekend from a hobbist.
I put it in my tank and after 24h it started to show some clear (whitish) patches...

Patches are now spreading all over the coral (after 3 days)

My parameters are the folowing :
Ca = 410
Mg = 1410
dkH = 8.5
PO4 = 0.04
No3 = 2
pH = 7.7
temp = 80F

I am using T5 and previous owner LEDs.
I had put the coral high up in the tank and now is is back down at the bottom...
I also gave a Coral RX bath to the coral this morning.

I got 2 other SPS from that same person and they dont show any sign of stress
I have other old SPS in the tank and none is showing the same problem.

Any idea ?

This is your only acro in the tank?? I ask because I suspect the dreaded AEFW were brought in on the piece. I would dip and inspect. If it is flatworms, I would just toss if it were me.

I have other acro in the tank.
I gave the piece a Coral RX bath and didn't find any host

I have seen the piece in its previous tank for a couple month without any issue...

Unfortunately coral rx doesn't work that well in these vial creatures.

It looks like RTN to me. It would have been the result of severe stress such as too much light. When introducing acros to a tank it's better to start off with lower light and gradually increase intensity to desired level over the course of a month or two. Acros take a long time to acclimatize to changes in light especially, as in your case, from LEDs to T5. I don't want to frighten you but I'd toss it if I were you because the infection from RTN/STN can spread to your other SPS corals. Dipping at this stage probably won't do anything.

If necrose it was. It has stopped...
Only couple small pieces are really dead.

The rest of the coral seems fine as all polyps are coming out

I will see how it evolves...
